Job summary

loanDepot, Inc. is seeking a Training Program Developer to lead the development, administration, and delivery of all approved training programs for the ACES program.

The role ensures standards, schedules, and budgets are met while driving improvements in the learning process for loanDepot employees. Responsibilities include designing and delivering classroom and online training, collaborating with HR and SMEs, maintaining materials, and tracking class enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a loan originator.
• Mortgage banking/origination experience required.
• Loan officer training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports loanDepot's values and strategies.
• Works with HR and Recruiting to train new hires and ongoing staff.
• Designs, implements, evaluates and maintains classroom and online training solutions.
• Delivers high-quality training materials including slides and guides.
• Manages enrollment, tracking and reporting for each class.
• Maintains up-to-date materials aligned with processes and products.
• Collaborates with SMEs to identify training needs and content updates.
• Stays current on training techniques and improves internal training methods.
