Job summary

American Airlines Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Loan Officer to build member relationships and match member needs with Credit Union lending solutions. The role involves interviewing members, processing loan applications, and promoting Credit Union products at the DFW area branch network.

The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with a monthly Saturday rotation; candidates must be able to work in person and adhere to policy and compliance standards. Training and benefit options apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to work in-person at assigned branch location.
• Experience in a financial institution and consumer loan processing or underwriting within the last 12 months.
• Job level to be determined by the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process new loan applications by interviewing members, reviewing credit reports and documents.
• Exercise lending authority to handle loan requests, including consumer loans.
• Promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union and its services.
• Support or speak publicly at special Credit Union events.
