Job summary

The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to support the design, implementation, assessment and ongoing improvement of its curriculum. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Assessment, you will help align foundational medical education with osteopathic principles and accreditation standards.

You will collaborate with faculty, leadership and the Director of Academic Technology to foster a learner-centered culture and data-driven program

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, with master's degree preferred in education, health professions, instructional design, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum coordination, instructional support, or academic program management in higher education or health professions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of curriculum mapping, mapping tools, learning management systems, and data analysis platforms.
• Commitment to mission-driven education and learner-centered practices.
• Preferred familiarity with osteopathic medical education, COMLEX competencies, and accreditation standards (e.g., COCA, LCME).

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, assessment and continuous improvement of the curriculum.
• Align curriculum with osteopathic principles and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with faculty, leadership and the Director of Academic Technology to foster collaboration and learner-centered excellence.
• Assist with data reporting and outcomes related to curriculum mapping and program effectiveness.
