Job summary

Qualifications

• Adhere to state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to develop comprehensive curriculum materials.
• Conduct research to identify best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches to curriculum development.
• Design curriculum frameworks, scope and sequence documents, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional resources that align with standards.
• Apply principles of instructional design to create engaging learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia and technology-enabled tools to support diverse learning styles.
• Develop instructional strategies, activities, and assessments that promote active learning and critical thinking.
• Provide training and support systems for educators on curriculum implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and professional learning communities to enhance pedagogical skills.
• Collaborate with school leaders to tailor professional development programs.
• Collect and analyze data on curriculum effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Stay informed about changes in standards and curriculum frameworks.
