Job summary

The Container Store in Atlanta, GA is seeking a part-time Order Specialist to handle daily customer order management, curbside and in-store pickup coordination, and stockroom organization. You will upsell to walk-in customers, engage with shoppers in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with store management to ensure accurate, timely order processing and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years inventory experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and customers.
• Focused attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Proven communication and coaching skills.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail environment experience and scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Pulls and prepares customer orders for pickup.
• Keeps stockroom organized to support selling efforts.
• Upsells and engages with Walk-In customers.
• Manages order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Partners with Managers to meet sales and service goals.
