Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to assist with curbside pickup orders, ensuring fast, accurate fulfillment and a friendly customer experience. You will greet customers, verify items, bag orders, and maintain a clean curbside area to support smooth operations.

This role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability to new technology, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience and a positive, service-focused attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respond to questions and needs (in person and on the phone).
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders during the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using bagging standards.
