Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders and deliver a smooth, friendly pickup experience. You will help drive loyalty by ensuring quick, accurate order fulfillment and courteous service at the curbside area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
