Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way.
• Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow via a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items per bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
