Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers warmly in person and on the phone and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, bag items, and follow bagging standards.
