Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is hiring an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk at our Hamilton, OH store. You will select and gather products for online orders, ensuring freshness and quality, and process coupons and payments at pickup.

You'll load orders into customers' cars, provide friendly service, follow safety guidelines, and support the e-Commerce team in substitutions and stock management. Prioritizes accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read shelf tags and interpret pricing.
• Strong math skills for basic calculations and change.
• Clear and professional communication with customers and team.
• Ability to work without supervision and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for on-line orders with focus on freshness and quality.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders for customer pickup.
• Bag orders according to bagging standards and communicate substitutions when needed.
• Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Follow all policies, safety regulations, and store procedures.
• Maintain staging areas and report discrepancies.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Open/close procedures and operate POS during shift.
