Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide the best possible shopping experience, including a positive checkout experience.
• Communicate with team members and assign daily work tasks.
• Mentor and coach teammates to meet and exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Support training and cross-training to improve team productivity and standards.
• Assist with department scheduling to enhance engagement and store performance.
• Ensure product freshness by monitoring rotation and dating policies.
• Lead in safety, compliance, and proper product display where applicable.
• Operate registers and handle cash as needed, including powered equipment when required.
• Participate in period-end inventories and adapt to lead capacity in other departments as needed.
