Job summary

Legacy Parking Company is seeking a Valet Assist Attendant to greet guests at the drive, assist with luggage, direct traffic, and ensure a polished first and last impression for arrivees and departes. The role emphasizes hospitality and curbside operations, aligning with Legacy's standards of service and guest experience.

As part of the Local 727 Teamsters Union, the position supports a safe, orderly drive and a presence that reflects the property's value.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to guide guests and respond to questions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move with agility.

Responsibilities

• Verify the necessary supplies at the start of each shift.
• Park and retrieve customers' vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist customers and their passengers in and out of their vehicles, including helping with luggage.
• Control traffic on the drive to ensure smooth flow and pedestrian safety.
• Maintain a neat valet stand and drive free of debris and posters.
• Complete end of shift documentation and transfer vehicle keys and tickets to next shift.
