Job summary

Legacy Parking Company is seeking a Valet Assist Attendant to act as the front-line ambassador for both Legacy and the property. The role blends hospitality with disciplined curbside operations to keep the drive safe, orderly, and welcoming.

As part of the Local 727 Teamsters Union, you will greet guests, assist with luggage and passengers, direct traffic, and maintain the valet area in a polished, professional manner while ensuring a smooth flow and exceptional guest experiences at arrival and

Responsibilities

Verify the necessary supplies at the start of each shift.
Park and retrieve customers' vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Assist customers and their passengers in and out of their vehicles, including helping them with their luggage and/or personal items.
Control traffic on the drive to ensure a smooth flow at all times while ensuring the drive itself is safe for pedestrians.
Maintain a neat and orderly valet stand and drive at all times, free of debris and trash with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings.
Complete the necessary end of shift documentation and transfer vehicle keys and supporting tickets to the next shift's employees.
Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
