Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Grounds, janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to use general cleaning equipment and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain curb appeal and upkeep of community grounds and common areas.
• Inspect exterior grounds and buildings daily.
• Clean mailbox area and pick up trash on grounds.
• Care for pool area and maintain chemical records.
• Assist in upkeep of office, clubhouse and amenity areas.
