Job summary

Weinstein Properties in Nashville is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to join our on-site maintenance team. This full-time role supports keeping our communities clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, with a hands-on approach to daily upkeep.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a starting pay of $18 per hour plus quarterly bonuses and a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to perform repetitive cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Keep communities clean, beautiful and welcoming as a Porter/Groundskeeper.
• Assist maintenance and leasing teams as needed and train for growth into advanced roles.
• Operate equipment such as backpack blowers and power washers; assist with light painting and housekeeping tasks.
