Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspects community to remove litter and debris daily.
• Maintains common areas, offices, and amenities.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs as directed.
• Assists with make-ready tasks in vacant units as needed.
• Ensures gates and safety features in pool areas function properly.
• Communicates hazards to supervisors promptly.
