Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior features of our community, including lawns, amenities, and curb appeal. You will perform routine upkeep and minor repairs under direction.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; you must work outdoors in varying weather and coordinate with the Service Director on priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to read, understand product labels and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily and removes litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before turn, transfers to dumpster or storage area.
• Completes minor service requests and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool area gates meet safety codes.
