Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group is seeking a hands-on Porter for Bonanza Gardens in Las Vegas to maintain curb appeal and provide a clean, safe environment for residents and guests. This role emphasizes active outdoor work and practical upkeep of the property.

The position offers training, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package including health options and retirement planning. Previous janitorial/landscaping experience is a plus, but we provide training to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and commitment to a clean, safe community.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & curb appeal: maintain the cleanliness of the property by walking the grounds daily, removing litter, cleaning walkways, and tidying dumpster areas.
• Common areas upkeep: ensure lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas are clean and presentable.
• Light maintenance & support: assist maintenance with tasks like changing light bulbs, touch-ups, changing locks, and prepping vacant units.
• Resident support: distribute notices to residents and maintain a friendly, helpful presence on the property.
