Qualifications

• Cram V6 Certified Developer required.
• Social enterprise management experience required.
• 3 years experience as a Cram Developer across full lifecycle.
• 3 years experience with Cram Enterprise Framework and CERT.
• 3 years experience with Oracle and Subversion.
• 3 years experience with Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL.
• 3 years experience with Eclipse, HTML, CSS, and SOAP/WSDL.
• Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools highly desired; JavaScript and IBM WebSphere highly desired; State Government experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements development, design, and lifecycle management.
• Model business processes and perform reengineering using Cram.
• Use COTS Cram Enterprise Framework Components, IEG2, CERT, Oracle, XML tech.
• Report statuses to the Project Manager and adhere to client policies.
