Job summary

Onset is seeking a Curam Technical Developer/Programmer to support the NC FAST project for NC DHHS. The role is onsite, local candidates only, with an emphasis on design, development, testing, and lifecycle management using Curam Enterprise components.

The ideal candidate will have Curam V6 certification, 3+ years in Curam development, and strong experience with Oracle, Subversion, and IBM WebSphere. In-person interview is required.

Qualifications

• Curam V6 Certified Developer.
• 3+ years of social enterprise management experience.
• 3+ years as a Curam Developer with full lifecycle experience from requirements through functional design and testing.
• 3+ years developing with Curam Enterprise Framework and Curam Solution Modules.
• 3+ years identifying problems and integrating technical skills to address issues.
• 3+ years translating technical concepts to IT and non-IT business users.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining technical documentation using MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience building customer relationships and responding with urgency.
• Ability to independently identify technical and business solutions.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and follow complex procedures.
• 3+ years using Curam EFC, IEG2, and CERT.
• 3+ years using Oracle and Subversion.
• 3+ years with Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL.
• 3+ years with Eclipse, HTML, CSS, SOAP, WSDL.

Responsibilities

• Support NC FAST development and implementation using Curam.
• Serve as onsite contact for development questions and issues.
• Collaborate with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development.
• Lead functional and detailed requirements development.
• Develop applications using Curam and related tech.
• Participate in and lead JAD sessions.
• Develop functional and detailed technical designs.
• Support testing throughout lifecycle.
• Support lifecycle management for NC FAST.
• Model business/workflow processes using Curam.
• Assist in business process reengineering initiatives.
• Utilize Curam components and IEG2/CERT.
• Work with Curam Evidence Framework and Oracle databases.
• Use XML technologies and Subversion for source control.
• Support IBM WebSphere environments and translate complex concepts.
• Prepare technical docs with MS Office and Visio.
