Job summary

Onset is seeking an experienced Curam Technical Developer/Programmer to support the NC FAST project for the NC Department of Health and Human Services. The role is onsite and local candidates must attend an in-person interview.

You will work with Senior Technical Consultants on design, development, testing, and lifecycle management. Responsibilities include requirements development, code development with Curam, JAD sessions, and documenting technical processes.

Qualifications

• Curam V6 Certified Developer.
• 3+ years of social enterprise management experience.
• 3+ years as a Curam Developer with full lifecycle experience.
• 3+ years using Curam Enterprise Framework and Curam Solution Modules.
• 3+ years translating highly technical concepts for diverse users.
• 3+ years documenting tech using MS Office products.
• Experience building relationships with customers with urgency.
• Ability to identify solutions and manage complex procedures.
• 3+ years using Curam IEG2 and CERT.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle and Subversion.

Responsibilities

• Support NC FAST development and implementation using Curam.
• Serve as onsite contact for development questions.
• Collaborate with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development.
• Lead functional and detailed requirements development.
• Develop and review Curam-based code and design artifacts.
• Participate in JAD sessions and document solutions.
• Support testing and lifecycle management of NC FAST.
• Model business workflows and reengineer processes.
• Prepare technical documentation using MS Office tools.
