Curam Tech Lead for NC FAST (Onsite)

Job summary

Onset is seeking an experienced Curam Technical Developer/Programmer to support NC FAST for NC DHHS. The onsite resource will join the NC FAST Project 4 team, serving as a point of contact for development questions and technical issues that cannot be resolved by a consultant.

Responsibilities include design, development, testing, and lifecycle management. Focus areas include business and workflow modeling with Curam, using ECC, IEG2, CERT, Oracle, XML, and WebSphere.

Qualifications

• Curam V6 Certified Developer.
• 3+ years of social enterprise management experience.
• 3+ years as a Curam Developer with full lifecycle experience.
• 3+ years using Curam Enterprise Framework and Solution Modules.
• 3+ years of experience identifying problems and delivering solutions.
• 3+ years translating technical concepts for technical and non-IT users.
• 3+ years creating technical documentation with MS Office.
• Experience building relationships with customers and responding with urgency.
• Ability to identify options independently and organize detailed procedures.
• 3+ years using Curam EFW, IEG2, and CERT; 3+ years Oracle and Subversion.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation activities for NC FAST using Curam.
• Serve as onsite point of contact for development questions and issues.
• Collaborate with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development.
• Lead functional and detailed requirements development.
• Develop applications using Curam and related technologies.
• Lead Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Develop functional and detailed technical designs.
• Support testing and lifecycle management for NC FAST.
• Model business/workflow processes using Curam.
• Support business process reengineering initiatives.
• Use Curam ECC, IEG2, and CERT within the Curam environment.
• Coordinate with Oracle databases and related tools.
• Work with XML technologies and Subversion for source control.
• Support IBM WebSphere application environments.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders.
