Job summary

Onset seeks an experienced Curam Technical Developer/Programmer to support the NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) in North Carolina. The role is onsite with primary delivery responsibilities on the NC FAST Project 4 development team.

You will collaborate with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development, lead requirements, perform coding, testing, and documentation, and translate complex concepts for technical and non-IT users. Local candidates only.

Qualifications

Curam V6 Certified Developer and strong Curam development experience.
3+ years of social enterprise management experience.
3+ years as a Curam Developer from requirements through testing.
3+ years using Curam Enterprise Framework Components and Curam Solution Modules.
3+ years translating technical concepts for both technical and non-IT users.
3+ years creating and maintaining technical documentation using MS Office.
Experience developing relationships with customers and responding to needs with urgency.
3+ years using Oracle and Subversion.
3+ years in web application analysis and programming: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL.
3+ years with Eclipse, HTML, CSS, SOAP, WSDL.

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation activities for the NC FAST program using Curam Software.
Serve as onsite point of contact for development questions and issues.
Collaborate with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development activities.
Lead functional and detailed requirements development.
Develop applications using Curam and related technologies.
Participate in and lead JAD sessions.
Create functional and detailed technical designs.
Support testing activities throughout the lifecycle.
Support lifecycle management for NC FAST implementation.
Model business and workflow processes using Curam.
Assist with business process reengineering initiatives.
Utilize Curam Enterprise Framework Components and Curam Modules.
Work with Curam IEG2 and CERT.
Support Curam Evidence Framework development.
Use Oracle databases and related tools.
Work with XML technologies within Curam.
Use Subversion for source code management.
Support IBM WebSphere environments.
Identify and solve technical problems; translate concepts for diverse audiences.
Prepare technical documentation using MS Office tools.
Build relationships with customers and respond to needs with urgency.
Independently identify options and solutions to technical and business challenges.
Organize and prioritize complex procedures.
