UnitedMasters, Inc. seeks a Context Director at Translation to lead cultural strategy and multi-channel campaigns. You translate insight into influence, define voice within communities, and build scalable systems that amplify great ideas across brands.

You’ll mentor teams, partner with PR, Media and Social groups, and shape strategy from research to execution in a One Company framework, blending culture, business, and creative leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in cultural strategy, brand planning or creative strategy.
• Proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns from insight to execution.
• Excellent writing and ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Cultural Research: Lead cultural deep dives informing strategy and creative development.
• Comms Planning: Own go-to-market plans that connect business objectives to rollouts over time and space across channels.
• Casting & Talent Strategy: Lead casting filters to identify talent that embodies campaign message with brand safety.
• Creative World-Building: Provide cultural nuance that informs deliverables and engagement tactics for core audiences.
• Convergence & Collaboration: Onboard new hires; collaborate with PR, Media and Social to preserve creative integrity.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor juniors and coach team members across levels.
