Job summary

Viega LLC is seeking an Organizational Development & Culture Partner to align People strategies with business goals. You will partner on talent, organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development to build a high-performing, inclusive organization.

You will lead annual talent reviews, set and assess goals, and guide organizational transformation with leaders and People Partners, while advancing culture initiatives and employee experience across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5–7 years of experience in cultural roles and/or employee experience roles.
Advanced college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead annual talent review, including assessment and succession planning.
Own annual goal setting and performance management process.
Develop and implement organizational effectiveness frameworks and provide strategic guidance.
Act as SME for organizational transformation and change management with leaders.
Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and leadership effectiveness.
Support regional culture strategy and global culture roadmap roll-out.
Foster AI awareness and responsible adoption in leadership.
Align DIEB initiatives with business strategy and design related programs.
Lead ERG strategy, governance, and inclusion initiatives.
Design and enhance employee experiences across lifecycle to boost engagement.
Oversee Employee Engagement Survey (VPQ) end-to-end and drive action plans.
