Job summary

Pivot Energy seeks an experienced VP, People Strategy & Organizational Development to partner with executives and shape the company’s leadership, talent, and culture as Pivot scales. You will lead talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and leadership development while aligning compensation and people practices with business goals.

This role requires deep experience in organizational development, employee relations, and change management, with a commitment to a collaborative, high‑trust culture

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Proven ability to scale people programs in a growing organization.
• Strong judgment and experience handling sensitive investigations and employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to translate Pivot’s priorities into effective people, talent, and organizational strategies.
• Build leadership and organizational capabilities to support growth, including strong managers and leadership pipeline.
• Lead teams responsible for talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and leadership development.
• Shape compensation, rewards, and talent practices in partnership with Finance and leadership.
• Provide leadership on employee relations, workplace investigations, and People compliance.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to align strategy with day-to-day employee experience and Pivot’s culture.
