Job summary

Viega LLC in the United States is seeking a Manager, Business Development to lead a team of Business Development Managers and drive growth across market segments. The role sets priorities, shapes strategic plans, and partners with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management to leverage Viega's portfolio.

You will coach, guide, and evaluate performance, build relationships with contractors, engineers, owners, and distributors, and deliver market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years of successful sales or business development experience required.
• 3+ years of successful sales leadership experience required.
• Working knowledge of customers, trends, and associations in the industrial or commercial construction market required.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development professionals to achieve objectives and growth targets.
• Develop strategic account plans and pursue opportunities across market segments.
• Guide lifecycle from opportunity identification to conversion to sales with stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM segmentation and communication to the sales team on changes.
• Deliver professional sales presentations to advance market growth and strengthen key relationships.
