Job summary

Snohomish Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an HR/Payroll Coordinator to support employees, collaborate with facility leadership, and promote a positive workplace culture.

You will handle payroll bi-weekly, ensure HR compliance, manage records, and assist with employee relations and training initiatives. This role partners with the CEO and CNO to align workforce needs with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• One year HR and/or payroll experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• HR compliance and personnel record management
• Assisting with employee relations and leave administration
