Job Overview

The Corporate Giving Operations Manager serves as a trusted steward of the Company's charitable giving operations, data, systems, and nonprofit relationships. This role is responsible for ensuring excellence in grantmaking operations through accurate data management, thoughtful evaluation of charitable organizations, continuous process improvement, and insightful reporting that supports decision-making by senior leadership.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with sound judgment, operational discipline, and a servant-leadership mindset. This individual will assist the management and enhancement of the Corporate Giving team's Salesforce platform, oversee the collection and stewardship of charitable giving data, support the evaluation of nonprofit organizations and grant requests, and provide actionable insights that strengthen the Company's philanthropic investments.

This role requires an individual who can independently manage projects from concept through completion, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, exercise discretion and discernment when evaluating organizations and opportunities, and serve as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders. Success in this role requires a commitment to excellence, humility, curiosity, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review grant applications, organizational profiles, financial information, impact reports, and supporting documentation to inform charitable giving decisions.

  • Analyze nonprofit organizations using both objective criteria and thoughtful judgment, identifying alignment with Company priorities, values, and charitable giving strategy.

  • Ask thoughtful and investigative questions that strengthen understanding, improve due diligence, and support informed recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, summaries, and executive-level presentations that provide meaningful insight into charitable giving activities and outcomes.

  • Partner with Technology teams, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance Salesforce functionality and reporting capabilities.

  • Contribute to the design and improvement of application forms, reporting tools, and data collection processes.

  • Help create best-in-class grantmaking systems that balance data quality, user experience, operational efficiency, and brand excellence.

  • Evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and process enhancements that strengthen operational effectiveness.

  • Represent the Company and brand with professionalism, humility, and excellence.

  • Demonstrate servant leadership, respect for all people, and a commitment to the Company's values and culture.

  • Experience working with large data sets (not necessarily complex, but scrubbed and standardized from multiple sources to a single, clean data set)

  • Familiarity with charitable sector trends, nonprofit governance, and philanthropic best practices

  • Experience partnering with executive leaders and presenting information to senior stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (4 year)
  • Knowledge acquired through 5-7 years of work experience
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Data Analytics, Communications, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience supporting data systems & analysis, grantmaking, philanthropy, nonprofit, CSR, or foundation operations.
