Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics or related functions.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into insights.
• Understanding of employee engagement survey methodology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze engagement and pulse surveys; recommend actions.
• Build dashboards and reports to track key culture metrics.
• Conduct focus group and qualitative analysis to complement results.
