Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Cultural Resources in Cincinnati. You will lead projects nationwide, collaborate with SHPOs, clients, contractors, and officials, and guide staff in NHPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in archaeology, anthropology, history, architectural history, preservation planning or related field.
• 10+ years as a professional cultural resources practitioner.
• Expert NHPA knowledge and federal NHPA implementation familiarity.
• Proven ability to develop and market to new and existing clients.
• Demonstrated client development and management skills to grow services.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage multiple activities and projects.
• Strong budgeting, scope, and proposal development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, contractors, and regulators.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage cultural resources projects nationwide from Cincinnati.
• Represent CEC as a cultural resources expert and grow the Cincinnati practice.
• Coordinate with SHPOs, clients, contractors and government officials.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to staff in the Cultural Resources Practice.
