Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Cultural Resources practice in Cincinnati, OH.

The role focuses on managing projects nationwide, coordinating with SHPOs, clients, contractors, and regulators, and representing CEC as a cultural resources expert. You will help grow the Cincinnati regional practice while collaborating with the national team, mentoring staff, and ensuring NHPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in archaeology, anthropology, history, architectural history, preservation planning, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional cultural resources experience.
• Expert NHPA knowledge and federal NHPA protocols.
• Ability to develop and market to new and existing clients.
• Proven client development and client management skills for growth.
• Ability to mentor staff and provide technical leadership.
• Experience managing multiple activities, professionals and client base.
• Excellent communication, directing staff and coordinating with clients and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead cultural resources projects and manage the Cincinnati regional practice.
• Grow clients, projects, and staff nationwide for CEC.
• Represent CEC as a cultural resources expert with SHPOs, clients, and regulators.
• Collaborate with Corporate Cultural Resources Practice Lead and staff to build the Cincinnati practice.
