Job summary

Maitri is seeking a Cultivation Supervisor in the United States to oversee daily cultivation operations from clone through harvest. You will monitor plant health, optimize environmental conditions, and ensure SOPs and regulatory requirements are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in horticulture, plant science, agriculture, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of cannabis cultivation experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plant health, pest control, and cultivation workflows.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cultivation operations from clone to harvest.
• Monitor plant health and environmental conditions; adjust as needed.
• Manage GrowLink-based climate, lighting, and CO2 monitoring.
• Implement SOPs, IPM, watering, and nutrient programs.
• Lead, train, and mentor cultivation staff; ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain cultivation records and support audits; collaborate with managers.
