You will lead a large cultivation team, manage automated irrigation and environmental control systems, and coordinate with facilities, logistics, and QA. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong traceability practices, and a commitment to safety and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Ability to lead and direct tasks and teams.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 18 years or older.
• 5+ years in large-scale horticulture management and 1+ years cultivating cannabis or 3+ years cannabis cultivation management.
• Plant science or horticultural degree preferred.
• Familiar with control and business management software.

Responsibilities

• Programming and management of automated greenhouse irrigation systems
• Monitoring and maintaining drip irrigation systems
• Managing the integrated pest management (IPM) and quality control team
• Coordinating with facilities manager on monthly facility health reports
• Enrolling staff in cultivation related SOP trainings
• Producing quarterly productivity reports
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs and Department of Health standards
