Job summary

Maitri Medicinals LLC is seeking a seasoned Cultivation Operations Manager to oversee the seed-to-harvest cycle, ensuring robust plant health and regulatory compliance. You will manage a large cultivation team, coordinate with facilities and IPM, and drive SOP adherence across all rooms.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong horticultural knowledge, and the ability to optimize environmental controls, irrigation, and data reporting to maximize yield and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in horticulture or cannabis cultivation.
• Ability to lead and train staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical cannabis cultivation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cannabis cultivation operations from seed to harvest.
• Manage automated greenhouse irrigation and PLC systems.
• Lead and train a large cultivation team in SOPs and compliance.
• Coordinate with facilities, logistics, and IPM teams.
• Produce quarterly productivity reports.
