Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. seeks a Cultivation Lead to oversee the Cultivation Technicians and multiple rooms within the Cultivation Department.

You will help maintain productivity, safety, and quality in cannabis cultivation operations, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly duties align with SOPs and GMP standards. The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of large-scale cannabis cultivation, and the ability to manage schedules, data input, and inventory while following all relevant laws and

Qualifications

• Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, Plant Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience cultivating plants or registered in the state performing business as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Knowledge of large scale commercial plant cultivation including nutrient requirements, growing media, light, temperature, and airflow.
• Experience with compliance systems.
• Experience directing teams of people on daily responsibilities.
• Advanced cannabis plant and genetics knowledge.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local cannabis laws and SOPs.
• Ability to work independently and with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cultivation operations and ensure productivity, safety and quality in one or more rooms.
• Lead Cultivation Technicians to complete duties per SOPs and schedules.
• Maintain room schedules for plant work, lighting, fertigation, IPM, and harvest.
• Enforce safety standards, GMP guidelines, and procedures with the team.
• Use seed-to-sale data input, clean rooms, manage inventory and rotate stock.
• Assist with monthly/yearly tasks such as harvesting, cloning, and inventory counts.
