Job summary

Maitri Medicinals is seeking a cultivation operations leader to supervise all stages from seed to harvest, ensuring optimal plant health, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee automation, irrigation, harvesting, and IPM while directing a large cultivation team and coordinating with facilities and compliance teams.

The role requires robust management experience, strong leadership, and hands-on cultivation expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Capable of leading and directing tasks and teams.
• Capable of training staff on cultivation related tasks.
• Skilled with control and business management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cannabis cultivation from seed to harvest and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Program and manage automated greenhouse irrigation systems and PLC systems.
• Manage nursery, canopy, repopulation, and harvest activities.
• Lead the IPM and quality control team and coordinate with facilities and compliance teams.
