Job summary

iAnthus Capital is seeking a Cultivation Supervisor in Fall River, MA to lead a team of cultivation technicians and oversee day-to-day cannabis production. You will manage cloning, pruning, topping, defoliation, trellising, feeding, irrigation, and pest control while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will monitor plant health, environmental conditions, and production metrics, coordinating with the Cultivation Manager to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agriculture, plant science, botany, or related field.
• Minimum three years in large-scale cultivation or production.
• Minimum two years in leadership/supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Expert cannabis cultivation knowledge and growth cycle understanding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cultivation technicians, providing training and guidance.
• Schedule and delegate tasks to meet production targets.
• Oversee all cultivation activities: cloning, pruning, topping, defoliation, trellising, feeding, irrigation, pest control.
• Maintain SOPs and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor plant health and environmental conditions; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate cultivation records and inventory.
• Collaborate with Cultivation Manager to improve processes.
