• Works in Food Service & Restaurant Operations doing prep, cooking, product rotation, and packaging.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, guests, market staff and vendor community.

• Ensures adherence to Ready for Business standards throughout the kitchen.
• Assists in training and development of employees.
• Establishes and maintains a 360-feedback process including guests, staff and leadership.
• Provides and models excellent customer service.

• Keeps kitchen neat, clean, and orderly.
• Ensures food service compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
