Whole Foods Market is seeking an team member for food preparation across cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bar sections. You will follow recipes, maintain quality, label and rotate items, and ensure freshness while delivering friendly customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, calling out pricing accurately, and supporting team goals in a fast-paced environment. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and flexibility for schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months retail experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Follows safety, sanitation and quality procedures.
• Labeling, dating and rotation of items.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work area and positive customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Prepares items according to recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates items; monitors freshness.
• Monitors stock levels and replenishes promptly.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards; ensures proper pricing and signage.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
