This entry-level role covers prep, cooking, and customer-facing tasks in a fast-paced kitchen. You should be reliable, ready to learn, and able to lift up to 50 lbs with flexible morning/afternoon shifts. Pay starts at USD $27.85/hr to $29.15/hr.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production and kitchen operations.
• Ability to train others in food production and handling.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Works in Food Service & Restaurant Operations doing prep, cooking, product rotation, and packaging.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, guests, market support staff & vendor community.
• Cultivates and maintains an integral and collaborative environment.
• Ensures the adherence to Ready for Business standards throughout the kitchen.
• Assists in training and development of employees.
• Establishes and maintains a 360-feedback process including guests, staff and leadership.
• Provides and role models excellent customer service.
• Maintains the integrity of our brand and marketing expressions.
• Maintains kitchen in a neat, clean and orderly manner.
• Ensures food service compliance with local, state and federal laws.
