• Label, date, initial, cover, and rotate products properly.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with WFM guidelines.
• Document waste and spoilage using the required forms.
• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Keep walk‑ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Appear on time, be well-groomed, and attend trainings.
• Support pricing accuracy and signage.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
