Big Al’s in Milpitas, CA is seeking a part-time kitchen team member to prep, line cook, and plate in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen. You’ll follow recipes, prep veggies and dough, and help ensure every plate is visually appealing and safe for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience with Micros, KDS or Compeat or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and avoid shortcuts.
• Strong focus on safety in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Certification.
• Availability to work weekends, nights and holidays.

• Rocking the dish pit and keeping things sparkling clean.
