Big Al’s in Ontario, CA is seeking a part-time kitchen teammate to help prep ingredients, cook on the line, and plate dishes in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen. You’ll follow recipes, maintain spotless stations, and uphold food safety standards while contributing to a fun, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on cooking, teamwork, and weekend availability, with opportunities for growth as the restaurant brand expands along the West Coast.

Qualifications

• You know your way around Micros, KDS, or Compeat (or can learn fast).
• You follow recipes like a pro — no shortcuts here!
• You’re all about safety, especially in the kitchen.
• You bring good vibes to the team and love working with others.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Certification.
• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rocking the dish pit and keeping things sparkling clean
• Prepping veggies, dough, and party food like a pro
• Working the line to cook up delicious meals, fast and safe
• Making every plate look perfect before it heads out
• Following recipes and keeping waste low
• Pitching in to sweep, mop, and keep the kitchen spotless
• Sticking to food safety rules and bringing your A-game every shift
