Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook food as prescribed by recipe and cooking specs while following food safety guidelines.
• Operate cooking equipment safely (beef cooker, griddle, fryer, rice cooker, steamtable).
• Prepare food for cooking (wash rice, transfer to rice pot, defrost meat and frozen items).
• Maintain proper food temperatures per regulations and company standards.
• Maintain quality, presentation, and taste of dishes.
• Portion food for serving per procedures and specs.
• Serve food to high quality standards following safety guidelines.
• Keep work area clean and organized (clean-as-you-go).
• Assist with guest service, take orders, and observe cash handling policies.
• Work as a team to provide fast, easy, and consistent guest experiences.
