Legend Senior Living is seeking outstanding individuals to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Assistant. You will help maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas, supporting the Gold Leaf Dining experience that defines our high standards for atmosphere and food quality.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, emptying and storing clean items, cleaning areas per health codes, disposing of waste, laundering linens, and communicating effectively with residents and staff

Responsibilities

• Operating the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Emptying dish machine and properly storing clean items
• Cleaning the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements
• Taking all garbage to the dumpster
• Laundering table linens
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
