Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Kitchen Assistant Dishwasher to support the culinary team by keeping the kitchen, service counters and dishware impeccably clean, contributing to the Gold Leaf Dining experience. You will operate the dish machine, empty and store clean items, clean prep and service areas, transport waste, launder linens, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operating the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Emptying dish machine and properly storing clean items
• Cleaning the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements
• Taking all garbage to the dumpster
• Laundering table linens
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
