Legend Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Assistant Dishwasher to support the culinary team and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and serveware, contributing to our Gold Leaf Dining experience that sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.

You will operate the dish machine, empty it, clean prep and service areas, manage waste, and communicate effectively with residents and staff while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operating the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Emptying dish machine and properly storing clean items
• Cleaning the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements
• Taking all garbage to the dumpster
• Laundering table linens
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
