White Lodging's East Town kitchen is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality food, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and service standards.

You will supervise kitchen staff, coordinate production, manage inventory, and enforce recipes and portions while collaborating with management to control costs and train the team. Strong culinary skills and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food is prepared per recipes and meets quality/presentation standards.
