The Don CeSar on St. Pete Beach is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to lead the kitchen team, oversee food service, manage inventory and costs, and develop new menu items. You will work with a skilled staff in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Six months to one year in a supervisory position.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate culinary staff and activities.
• Develop and implement new menu items.
• Manage inventory and food costs.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff.
• Ensure meals meet high quality standards.
